Up all night
Listening to the rain
Releasing the fight
Inside my brain

The sirens are blaring
The hail coming down
The lightning is glaring
I think I might drown

Enough is too much
When your thoughts go astray
It might need a push
Before it goes away

Distract yourself
Before you're over the edge
You might need some help
To calm your head

The sirens the rain
Unravel the day
Pull down the curtains
Complaining won't cut it

What it's about; I can't think of anyone who hasn't felt so entirely BLAH at least once in their lives that they could be calmed simply by yelling it out. Sometimes you just need to toss some things around, throw something, and pull the curtains down.
