Winter in Paradise - 11/27/07

The leaves are still green
Everywhere to be seen
The snow will never fall
Everywhere but the mall

The colors are the same
All year long
No leaves fall down the drain
Something seems wrong

Though you can still swim
Even in late December
Imagine you have fins
The snow you'll never remember

No need to worry
About driving on frozen streets
Falling icicles
Or frosted feet

The 'Sunshine State' for a reason
'Tis the season

What it's about; It's just something fun, about my being annoyed at the lack of snow in my all-too-hot state. Sigh.
